Debt Snowball Planner ("the App") is a mobile application developed by Jonathan Wildy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

Data Collection

The App does not collect any personal data. Specifically:

• No account creation or login is required
• No personal information is requested or stored on any server
• No analytics or tracking tools are used
• No cookies are used
• No data is shared with third parties

Local Data Storage

The App stores your credit card information (nicknames, balances, APRs, payment history) locally on your device using on-device storage. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted over the internet
• Is not accessible to the developer or any third party
• Is deleted when you uninstall the App

Statement Scanning

The App offers an optional feature to scan a photo of a credit card statement to help fill in card details. This feature:

• Processes the photo entirely on your device using an on-device text recognition library (Google ML Kit, which runs locally and does not transmit images or text)
• Never uploads, transmits, stores, or shares the photo or any text read from it
• Does not save the photo — it is used once to suggest form values you review and confirm
• Requires your explicit permission before accessing the camera or photo library

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect user data. The App operates entirely offline after download.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The App does not collect information from any user.

Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
